Dean Ferrito has been making music since he was a kid and over the years has been part of a whole host of bands and collaborations, as a writer, producer and performer.

His most notable projects have been with the bands Route 77, Sec2nd Place and more recently Trace the Sidewalk.  Route 77 was a great opportunity for him to work with a number of artists and released two albums - 'The Wasted Generation' and 'Innocence and Mayhem', working exclusively with renowned artist Sela Hafoka-Hauser for the second album.

Sec2nd Place was a side project that spawned a whole host of online chart toppers on various unsigned portals.  2019 saw the release of Sec2nd Place: Born - Rock -Die.

Through Route 77 (and the song Last Call Hero), he worked with Matt Niehues - who later became his partner in crime with Trace the Sidewalk.

​

Through 2018-2020, Trace the Sidewalk achieved immense success, getting radio airplay, rave reviews and even ending up on WOA Entertainment Group compilation album 'Independent Number 1's' - which hit #1 in the charts!

 

In 2020, during the COVID lockdown, Dean Ferrito started writing new material for his first solo project, fitting it in between his other commitments.

Summer 2022 saw the release of the debut single 'Everybody Wants Her'

This song topped a number of online, independent charts.  The second single emulated that trend and 'Rise Up' also hit top spot.  To coincide with the album release, the third single, 'My Swear Word' dropped at the end of September with the album due for the start of October.
